Hart House Wedding at University of Toronto // Sharon and Fayyaz

It may have been one of the hottest weekends of the year, but Sharon and Fayyaz never lost their cool on their wedding day!

Family and friends gathered at the historic Hart House, located on the University of Toronto grounds, having ceremony and cocktails in the sunny courtyard before moving into the Great Hall for dinner. The couple are big Harry Potter fans so in addition to a themed seating chart, guests were welcomed into the hall with music from the movie’s soundtrack.

The couple entered with an elegantly choreographed first dance, and after dinner brought the bridal party on to the dancefloor for a guys vs girls dance battle. And as the room heat up and things started getting a little sweaty, a few industrial-sized fans were rolled in for some relief.

The dance playlist was a mix of new hip-hop, latin and dancehall vibes, as well as a healthy amount of throwbacks.
